About Us
I’m Phil. I’ve been a dedicated strength/wellness coach my entire adult life. My passion for training first began while working towards my bachelors in Psychology at University of Miami, when I picked up an exercise physiology minor.
I went on to earn my Masters in exercise Physiology at University of Florida with a focus on human performance. After spending some time working with NFL and other elite athletes, I found myself gravitating towards more hands on, 1-1 training.
My passion is making fitness accessible to everyone. I don’t just want to help you reach your goals. I want to give you all the necessary tools to maintain control of your health and fitness. For the long haul
